The Brief
To design tools that could produce specific plates needed for a mass production process; to then manufacture the tools and press the plates.
The Solution
The whole project was managed in-house, using our dedicated tool room to design and manufacture the tools, then our hydraulic press shop to carry out the manufacturing.
We maintain the tooling for the customer, ensuring that we can provide a rapid turnaround to meet their production requirements.
Value Added Activity
As the finished product is powder coated, we also managed this part of the supply chain for the customer, so that the finish product is delivered to their premises.
