Whatever your component requirements, be they fabrication or forming, casting or forging, our specialist technical services team can advise the most appropriate method of manufacture.
Whether we manufacture in-house, or work with a supplier from our established network of strategic partners, we will take complete responsibility for the sourcing, manufacture, quality control, testing and delivery of components, within the constraints of budget prices. In such circumstances we seek total cost solutions, looking at manufacturing process and material selection, rather than simply working to a per-item cost.
Working with independent, certified third parties, we are also able to source a full range of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) metallurgical x-ray processes, to ensure absolute quality control, where required. We have worked extensively with customers in the automotive and aerospace industries to develop QA component documentation with NDT.

When working in overseas markets we are also able to offer guidance on overall offset agreements which are an increasingly common element of trade agreements. We can advise and help implement technology transfer agreements, or directly introducing technology into export markets.
